I have a simpler question compared with the more recent geometrical posts of late
As you can see from the screenshot I have created two spheres and made them intersect each other. When you view in X-Ray mode you can see the intersecting geometry on the inside of the shape - which is expected.
I want to join/connect the two spheres together as if this is an original object in itself. I know you can use the Boolean effect set to A union B and which joins the spheres and removes the internal geometry. But then I here from other C4D users that say to avoid using booles for anything. Is this true?
Please can you confirm if using boolean with the union mode is the best way to “merge” the two sphere together while removing all internal intersecting geometry? What is the “best practice” in this scenario?
