The Cappucino has been moved out of the main menu. Please use the Commander to get it: cmd+c, then type in: Cappu

You set up Cappucino, while the Time-slider is on frame zero. Click on Start Realtime, then click and hold the mouse down on the object’s axis, let it run through.

Please note that you can also use Cappucino without the Point Cache. So why do I suggest its use then? Because it is easy to cache and check if all is fine. The PLA keyframes are more work to clean up.
Why create a PLA? Because it sets everything in values. Easy to read. Otherwise, this data needs to be created for every single point in the scene over and over again.
