Hi thepeoplesrepublicofsound,

You give pretty much nothing to work with.

Have you saved it for Cineware use?
https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/blog/unreal-engine-now-supports-maxon-s-cinema-4d

Have you checked out this series:

Sounds more like a question for the Epic Games/Unreal forum. Perhaps not, let’s make a test:
Export the file and open it in Cinema 4D in a new Project file. Is that working?
What happens if you import the Mixamo file as you get it from Mixamo?

I need a scene file, what ping pong balls, what file format, etc. I can’t see what you have on your screen!
Do you need an upload link? (Dropbox, Amazon, Adobe, Google, Apple, Wetransfer. Please, with the original URL, no shortened links or other clouds, thanks.)

All the best

Hi thepeoplesrepublicofsound,

The project I got was not OK. Since I have not the original files, I had to set up all parts again. It was run by two rigs. Check the hands!

I have retargeted and reduced the set up to one rig that drives the Skin/Object.
Please place your textures inside the tex folder. Then open the project in Cinema 4D.

When this looks all good, save the file with a new name:
Main Menu> File> Save Project for Cineware

Start Unreal and follow the import procedure.
Check the unreal manual for more details.

For now, I want to see if that works.
Let me know how that worked on your side.

When you start something new, try first to get a simple small set up done, with few polygons, a single mesh, and one texture—just 30 frames or so.
When this works, do the next step. To start with such a long sequence and such a dense mesh, with many parts, is not the way I would suggest it.

BTW, I had zero textures of yours, I hope they are OK, and not the problem.

Cheers
