Source Code for the Toolbox Plug-ins?

Hi,

Is it possible to get the source code of the plug-ins, for instance, the CV Selection Manager?
The main reason is for learning material. There’s not much content out there regarding creating plug-ins.
I understand there are plug-in cafe topics but, for the most part, they are fragments of individual functions rather than plug-ins.
Even if there are plug-in tutorials, the application is a bit limited.

Is there a way around this?

Thank you.

Hi bentraje,

Generally, no - we don’t distribute the source for Cineversity plugins.

You might want to check out the official C4D Python examples on Github:

Hi Rick,

Thanks for the response. I understand.

Yes, there’s some Python examples but, for the most part, they are theoretical and geared mostly to those already exposed in programming.
The Cineversity Toolbox is much useful for practical usage to pick apart and deconstruct.

Hopefully, you’ll reconsider it in the next release (or on old plug-ins).

Have a great day ahead!
