Hello, it seems my message wasn published, is there a way to merge joints in Cinema 4D ? Like for example reducing the joints in a chain by merging every other…

Hi Emme,

Sorry about the message, do you saw an alert message after “submit Post”? If that is not acknowledged, the message is not send.
If even after acknowledging this message a white new post frame shows up, the previous message was too long open. I go back then copy the text and post newly.
I have no idea what is going on, but I try to make sense currently out of it, so I can send in a “bug” report.

Speaking of native tools, I’m not aware of such option. (I ignore here the option to convert Joints to Spline, smooth the spline and convert it back, but who knows—perhaps that does the trick)
