Ignoring or I think no one is serious. Now more than 6 months…. no one available to fix the issue so I can watch videos and back to premium membership…?

Every time when I try, I am getting this message:

We are awake, but this post does nothing to help us figure out a solution.
There is a user that disabled his firewall and was able to watch videos.
Have you tried that?
