Cineversity

The Hide Unselected command seems to only work when in polygon mode. It would be so handy if I could hide everything else but the selected item. Is there a quick way to do so? I know it can be done using layers and so. But a Hide Unselected for objects would be easier. Does anyone know this?

To my knowledge, if you like to avoid the “Layer Manager”, you have to install a plug in. Perhaps google it. (http://synesthetic.de/stuff/soloUpdate.zip) Please note that we do not support nor explain it here.

There is also “magicsolo” by nitro man, which is pretty much a clone of “soloUpdate”
You will also find a script by Bret Bays http://bretbays.com/2012/05/17/solo-selected-script/

Like Dr. Sassi mentioned, please send in a request for the feature.
A native solution would be wonderful…and as much as I would love to say Sassi and myself can make features happen, that is not the case. Only requests from customers like you
