Hi julopez,
Yes, the expression in the clip (I clicked through it quickly) seems to be set, as suggested.
If I had your file, I would have set up a few poses to showcase it with your own file, and screen-captured it, as I did in other threads.
You will find that I have explored some options when you search the forum here, but I believe you got the idea:

The last post in this thread is the technique I found a while ago, and I think it is the fastest way to create this.
How to bake the keyframes… When you take a look at Moves By Maxon> Object> Create PoseMorph, you will see after you pressed that button, that this will create an object.
This object has a Tag with the same icon that the Moves By Maxon has. Click on that Tag with the green face. Add all Blend Shapes you need into it.
In this Face Capture -> PoseMorph Tag> Tag is a button that is called Bake Blend Shapes. This will bake the PoseMorph keyframes, and it should work on its own.
Note that the PoseMorph Tag as two states: Edit and Animate. I have the feeling that you have worked with it already, so here for everyone reading along:
Edit, while a single pose is selected, allows then set new point positions. When this is done, and the result needs to be reviewed:
Animation mode is the way to go.
You will then see a list with all animated keys.
If you have your own mesh, apply the Object Manager> Tag> Plugins Tags> Moves By Maxon.
Create a Object Manager> Rigging Tags> PoseMorph Tag
Create a Object manager> Programming Tags> Xpresso Tag
Then drag in the Moves by Maxon Tag the three objects:
PoseMorph, Xpresso, and Moves By Maxon Object.
All steps are then as above with the Moves By Maxon Tag.
There is also a help Button in the Moves By Maxon interface.
Here is a quick rundown of the steps, including backing.
Bake before you set the Poses.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to look into it.
My best wishes for your Moves By Maxon setup.
