i cant seem to find any of the prime lighting presets in my content browser.

Please check if you have downloaded all the content available.
Go to Main Menu> Help> Check For Updates…

Updates/ Optional / History: these are the three options inside of the Maxon Online Updater.
Click on each until you can see the libraries. Update and Optional have checkboxes to be checked for download and installation. If it is in History, it should be in your Libraries.
