Is this possible to do? Make displacement material into geometry?

You can use a combination of the “displacer” deformer and “current state to object”
If you have sub-divisions through the displacement channel or via a “HyperNURBS” object you will need to make sure these have also been converted.
In the case of subdivisions through the material you will want to use a “HyperNURBS” object to reach the desired subdivision, then run “current state to object” or “Make editable.” then use the displacer on the resulting geometry and use “current state to object” again.

Hi JohnW,

There SPD (Sub Polygon Displacement) option is not available as geometry export.

All the best
