Trying to make the symmetry section editable?  I did that and rerooted and inseams like its there but it docent appear in renders or displaying hair in the editor?

Thoughts?

I’m trying to style hair.  I started with a selection that I then tried to duplicate with symmetry.  I was somewhat successful with the guides but when I tried to make the symmetry section editable and re-root, I could not see the new symmetrical hairs in the editor or in the render?

Hi Tom,

If you take the “Polygon Selection” out of the Hair> Guides> Link, both sides will be rendered. Is that what you are looking for?

It is limiting the area for hair. Perhaps expand the selection to both spots.
