I’ve just started to play around with prorender.  I’m current on my c4d19 update, current on my driver for graphics card (gtx1070).  I deleted my prefs folder and restarted, but still, when I try to run prorender on a VERY simple scene I get this error:
“Internal Prorender error during scene update”

I’ve included my test file here in case that is causing the error.

I’m not certain if your graphic card is supported. Have you tried different Preference Settings for ProRender?

Perhaps try without all the parts, to gain more information, as in no materials, different light source.
This might help the support to come closer/faster to an answer for you.
