Learn how to save down your files from Illustrator for import into Cinema 4D. Then use one of two methods to scale the drawings to the correct size of our chair.

In this video you will walk through how to save your Illustrator file down to a format that Cinema 4D can read (Illustrator 8). You then “Merge” the AI file with your scene file and learn how to properly scale your lines, using one of two methods—the “Scale Project” command and the “Child Of” technique. You then verify your scale is correct and arrange the drawings for best use in the viewport.
