Creating a Trash Can

In this tutorial you'll use a combination of primitives, generators, deformers and polygon modeling tools to create the trash can for the park scene.

Begin in a new scene file, and create a cylinder primitive to serve as the basis for the trash can. Adjust the size of the primitive by dragging the orange handles within the interface, or entering values directly in the Object tab of the Attribute Manager. Make the cylinder shorter, with proportions you'd expect of a trash can.
