How do you add the CV-Outline and CV-Chamfer to the folded palette?

Hi jim137,

I deleted my entry, as it works only per session. Sorry bout that.

All the best

This is basically exactly what I did. The only difference was I used the (Shift + C) command. But it does not persist.
Twice I have followed the sequence you used, and it does not persist. When you reclick on the folded palette it does not retain CV-Chamfer and CV-Outline. Either after saving the layout or a reload of Cinema R18. Did it persist on your system? I make sure either startup layout is used the basic one or my customized one. Maybe the new palette has to be loaded in the bar and replaced with the new version and then refolded? I was afraid to mess it up the scheme.

Hi Jim137,

I miss perhaps something, normally “Menu” would be the way, but since I do not customize my stuff (except for four little icons), I’m out of luck here.

Perhaps Donavan can shed some light here.

Sorry about the wasted time.

My best wishes

Hi,

1. Go to Plugins > CV-Splines to Objects > CV-Load Splines to Objects Palette
> This will pop up a floating palette containing two folded palettes.
2. Double click to remove the existing palette containing the Array object.
3. Click and drag the “Array” icon from the floating palette to where the old array icon used to be.
4. Close the Command Manager
5. Window > Layout > Save as Startup Layout

That should do it.
