I hope Rick Barrett has a better information for you! It might take a while, today is “release day”, so everyone is pretty busy.
My understanding is, that one needs to log out (web interface), has to quit the Team Render Server, and then clear the Repository data below your “log in name, e.g. admin” folder.

In the web browser the cookie/cache needs to be cleared and then restarted everything. (To my understanding the cookie/cache with the same IP address)
Since the log data produces nearly no “foot-print” in terms of memory, I guess there is the reason why it is not managed at all.
