can DOF and motion blur only be seen in Render to picture viewer don’t see the effect in render region or render view
Motion blur is limited to the PV as it needs to calculate previous and future frames. This is something that can not be done in the viewport.
Depth of field should work fine…but you want to make sure you are using a camera that is set up for DoF
