Cineversity

The tutorials on this site stop sporadically, and then won’t run at all.  I have no problem with tutorials on any other site even at 1080 res.  What am I doing wrong?  This computer runs XP service pack 3, and I only use it for tutorials.

I have the exact same problem on another laptop running Windows 7.  I have premium high speed internet.

The issue is known and being investigated, can you please post:
OS
Browser Version
Proxy/Firewall settings (if any)
Download Speed (http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/)
Specific videos tested
Does it timeout at the exact same time each time played using the same browser?
Does it timeout at the exact same time each time played using a different browser?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I switched my 32 bit laptop from XP to W7 Home Premium.

The problem is now minimal, but still occasionally happens on all of my Computers (all Win-7).  I just restart the Tutorial, and then it usually works fine.  It never stops in the same place twice, and I am not interfacing with the computer when it happens.

It is really just slightly irritating at this point; not a big deal; but still needs fixing.

We realize this, which is why we are trying to collect more information to try and fix it.
Hopefully a solution is found soon.
