This tutorial video keeps stopping on me. I have paused it a few times, hoping to fill up the buffer, but it won’t play. If I restart it (again, and again and again), the video typically locks up after 1 to 2 minutes. I have spent 15 minutes trying to watch this, but no luck. Can someone check out this video to make sure it is working correctly? I have had problems with MOST of the videos on the old Cineversity site, and hoped the new site would be much better, but I still have issues with videos playing.

Hi davidp158,
Unfortunately I can not verify the problem, but I do believe that you are experiencing difficulties.
There have been a select number of users that have been experiencing similar difficulties.
We currently have tickets filled with our various hosting providers to try and resolve the issue.
Sorry for the difficulties and thank you for your patience while we try to find a solution.

Here is another tutorial video that isn’t working for me:
https://www.cineversity.com/vidplaytut/creating_3d_terrains_from_usgs_datasets

I revisited this tutorial, and at first the video wouldn’t start at all. I refreshed the page and video started. However, it still stalls about 1 minute into playback. I can advance the playback pointer further along the timeline, but when I hit play, I get the rotating “load” icon, and either the video goes back to the beginning, or remains stuck at the frame I advanced to.

BTW, I am using the Safari 5.1.5 browser.

FWIW, I checked a video that I had successfully viewed recently. After multiple attempts I was able to get the text description of the tutorial to appear, but the video will still not load.
