Thanks for the image and trying again here in the forum. (800w x600h is the max., that was perhaps the problem)
The only way I can think of is to take the image apart to harvest textures.
These needs are then prepared in Photoshop. Mostly “cloner” work.
Some of those need to be brought into a rectangular shape, and then you must design a floor plan. From there, you can create the rest. There are many assumptions needed.
Is that easy? It depends, as the painting has no perspective and is painted like layers of flat images with some parts are “shear” to connect the background, middle ground, and foreground.
As you can see, the size of anything isn’t changing with depth, so there is the only thing that will be easier.
