Log in- licensing Manager help

I’m trying to download and use Cinema 4d R21 but finding it impossible to log in because of Maxon Licensing Manager. It says online I have no assigned licenses and yet when I download and try to log in tells me too many trials are used on this machine.

Please can someone help me as I have a university deadline asap!
