Hi Sebastian,
Thank you so much for this tutorial. The only problem I have is when I bring in the cloth surface component, the liquid ribbon significantly changes its form and goes outside the bounds defined by the glass. I followed the video very closely and I don’t understand why it does that for me (screenshots attached). Do you have any idea why that could be happening?

Hi Martha,

You might see that it goes outside even in the tutorial. I can’t see your image, and to be frank, I’m way more interested in the scene file. Images reduce the amount of information radically.

P.S.: Since I have not received a file, I would suggest adjusting the spline a little bit; In point mode and with the move tool. You might switch off the Cloth for a moment, to see the spline points. Without a file, it is difficult to say more without going into a long list of guesses.
