Please note that the
Attribute Manager> Mode> Project Settings> Dynamics> Gravity is set to zero

The Force parameter in the Dynamic tag of the Sphere has changed in
Aerodynamics> Drag and Lift

Here is a solution with no Dynamic. It works pretty much with MoGraph only.

I hope the names in the file point to all possible adjustments. The Size of the sphere (ballon) is connected to the PushApart Effector (Xpresso).
