There is a button on the start dialog in S22 that directs to a webpage to download python plugin for S22 but I don’t see anything related to it on that page. All my projects with Character rigs using python tag are broken. What to do?

thx

ok found the issue. never use the auto installer if you want a broken c4d. apparently only the full install package contains the python stuff. WHY Maxon??

Hi info,

Thanks for the additional information; As I have never seen that problem. Since I’m not supposed to do technical support here, this is a case for the support. Since you found what it was, would like to ask you to share this
If you don’t mind, would you exchange the data with MAXON directly:
https://support.maxon.net/index.php

In this way, the needed questions can be answered, and the problem is hopefully fixed for good.
I can’t do this here.

Thanks for updating your own thread here!

Cheers
