Hi, I have a plane that has deformed into a cloth.
How can i unwrap it in c4d? In general c4d unwrap seems very weird to me and while in another software i would just unfold/relax it and would work, here I dont know what steps to take. Could u please guide me through it?

I was not clear if you wanted it UV unwrapped or the object flattened out to plane-like object.

UV, I would use a proper frontal view in the UV editor, here preferable something from the top.
Then Relax it, perhaps use the Boundary to Quad, to pin it for a moment, and use the Pin BorderPoints then, while test one or the other, maybe both relaxing options.
