Hi Lopolo,

Please have a look here:
https://help.maxon.net/us/#5224?highlight=shortcuttable.res

Go to the previous version, open the Preferences, and then use the button in that interface, in the left lower corner to open the Preference Folder.

In the folder Pref, you should find a file called shortcuttable.res
This needs to go into the same place in the newer release.
(There is no automated way to merge two lists!)

Back up any file that you might overwrite.

All the best

Hi .. Sure, I made a copy of shortcuttable.res as very first step as always but I didnt get same behavior in R21. I cant zoom in into scene which means, there has to be something broken. The rest, as far I as know, works fine. :-(

Lopolo,

I assume that you have restarted the application after installing the file.

Perhaps check the parts that won’t work in the Main Menu> Customization> Customize Commands…
You can see what has arrived via the list and what has not. Perhaps set what is not working again.

Since there are different ways to zoom in C4D, I’m not clear which one you use. (Film Zoom, Zoom 0ut/In.)

Cheers

I tried to restart app and to add shortcut from scratch many times. No success. Im talking about camera scale (visible in picture I sent), which is basically zoom in/out the viewport.

Hi Lopolo,

Thanks for clearing this.

The picture in Post #3 was not visible to me while answering in #4.

Anyway, I can’t reproduce this here, as you can see in the screen capture.

So please check with the support as mentioned in the other thread with that problem.

Fingers crossed that problem is soon solved.

Cheers
