You can select all the “Spline Dynamic Tags” at once and in the Attribute Manger click one time on the Calculate Button.
Yes, it calculates those along their hierarchy, one after the other, but since they are selected all at once, it is a one click solution. The speed is based on several parameters, including the CPU’s ability..

Perhaps more of a hack: The Dynamic Tag is able to address all the Segments of a Spline. This means, if you must have that option of a “single” calculation, you could select all Splines and use the Object Manager> Object> Connect Objects and Delete. You can use then the Character> Manager> Cappucino and record the PLA for all frames (If the first frame is not recored, do it manually. The Dynamic Tag is not needed after that anymore and the Spline can be Mesh> Spline> Explode Segments. The PLA animation is kept.

Spline[s] can work with Object Manager> Tags> Simulation> Soft Body (I’m not convinced that it does it parallel either.)
