Sorry to have to put this here, but I am not getting a response with my direct e-mails to support so I am not sure what else to do.
Here is my issue. I want to install CV Tools but forgot my Cineversity password. ( I know my bad 
I have tried to reset it a number of times but I never receive the e-mail confirmation so I can never complete the process, which leaves me unable to register and use CV Tools.
I think it is probably because I have a .ca extension on my e-mail. (I have run into problems like this before) All I need is for someone to either manually send me a reset or approve one of the many I have initiated.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
