Not really on your end, NNenov.
First of all, make sure all cables are in perfect shape. Seriously, the quality of cables is not really the best these days, I exchange more often for some devices these days. Pull everything from the computer except this device, to really see if that is the problem at all. Restart the computer without anything except this input device. Make notes, so you have enough to support he device service, if you contact them.
If there is any driver from previous installations, delete those if you are certain that you don’t use them. Make certain that the “3D connexion” is set up correctly. Then start Cinema4D.
Make certain you have read carefully the C4D Help Content (search for “3D connexion space”)
If all of that isn’t working, your next step is to contact the company who produce the 3D connexion Device. Perhaps there is a problem with it, perhaps something that shows up only with Cinema 4D.
Also, some devices do not work well on USB hubs, certainly not on the ones that have not power supply. Always go with critical devices on an extra native USB on your computer. Hubs are a pest if you ask me.
Have you installed any driver to stop Adobe’s White window problem, or anything to get e.g., Photoshop working with anything. My Wacom4 acts since very sensitive, and is often un-usable. If you have a Mac touch pad, make certain that it is not self locked, better shut it off for testing.
All these tips are just brainstorming, as I try to use only tablets and pads these days, I haven’t even touched a mouse in many years. OK, one more, do you have another computer, try it there, just to gain more information.
Then go to the forum:

My best wishes.
