I just got done doing some test renders using CV VR cam to render a 360 scene.
I’m rendering out the LE and RE separately, do combine them later in AE. I’m hoping I’ll just get a better quality render. What I’ve noticed is some problems with Team Render. Some of my frames are coming out full 3840 x 2160 as expected, but some have a render on the top and bottom as if it’s rendering stereo.
My setting in the render settings for CV-VR Cam is
Omni Directions Stereo/Equirectangular, and Render Stereo is set to LEFT Eye.
The output was set to 90 frames, and I used 4 machines with Team Render Server.
I’ve attached 2 images, 1 (frame 46) has the full frame LE render, and (frame 0) has a stereo render with LE on top and RE on bottom. Anyone see this?
The render is fine when I render directly with 1 machine and bypass Team Render.
