I have a bit of a problem, a file a was working on i believe got corrupted while i was saving it to our server, I read on a forum that Maxon might have a way to recover the file, is this true?

when I try to open the file the warning “incorrect file structure”  comes up.

Do you have the File>>Preferences>Files>Auto Save enabled? Perhaps you have a useful copy somewhere.
You might also open a new file and try to File>Merge.

Thanks Dr. Sassi.  I usually do have the auto save option on but not for this one.  I did try to use the merge option with no luck.
I will try Maxon support and see what they can do.
