R15 question, coming from another software I wonder if there is a way to set C4D up so that when I model in left, right, front, top etc view, I can manipulate both sides of a model in wireframe mode simultaneously.Currently, when I have a box, working in right side otho wireframe mode, when I drag a vertex, it only drags the vertex on the right side of the model, but since this is wireframe, and I unchecked “select only visible” everywhere I can imagine, it would be faster if I could manipulate both sides of the model, because in ortho mode both sides’ vertices are on the same coordinates to my view (overlapping one another).
This is not asking for symmetry, and I understand it is a precaution so You dont mess up models, but can I change that option somewhere ? Using the selection tool, then move is one click too many.

Hi Emmanuel,

You like to select in several editor views at the same time, with one “action”. This is not possible to my knowledge.

There is of course the option to ask the support or to make a suggestion

As I do mentoring and teaching since over a decade and have used some apps in the past several decades, I know with certainty that the slowest way to learn C4D, is to try to get everything as in the previous 3D app. It might even disable any progress. Just a thought.
