Cineversity

I have exported my C4D file out to AE CC and I am unable to open it in After Effects CC. The message “after effects aegp plugin cineware scene layer: cineware - file could not be read ( 5027 :: 12)”. It was working fine yesterday and nothing has changed except this new problem.

I am on a Mac Pro late 2009 2x2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
memory 32 GB 1066 MHz DDR3

NVIDIA PNY Qudro 6000

Any ideas?

To me the number looks more like an ADOBE code, not that I want to push you to their support, but perhaps they have some information as well.

I was googling this error code, as I had at one time (in the ‘90s?) a list with the error-codes from Adobe.
Well, I had no luck, but I found the 5027 : 12 way back in time ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/396051 ) already, certainly long before CS6 or CC.

My best tip—check with ADOBE first.
