I’m following along with a recent Maxon Training Team video on redshift (July 14th, 2022 - Working with Redshift). I’ve downloaded the accompanying file. It opens ok in C4D 2023, but when I attempt to render it to have a look, C4D crashes. I restarted, tried the same thing, it crashed again.
I’m not panicking as my plan is to strip off all the redshift lights and materials and start from the bare model like Elly does at the beginning of the video, and I’m assuming C4D will be happier with this. But is there anywhere I should send the crash report to? My iMac (2021, M1 24-inch) gives me the option of sending a crash report to Apple, but I’m not seeing a similar option to send the details to Maxon.
I’m working today but will try again tonight or tomorrow. But if there’s a preferred way or method of sending the details over to Maxon (in a .txt file or Google doc or PDF or whatever) I can do so.

I did see a setting in preferences that listed a default 32GB for Texture Cache Max. I wasn’t sure if it would be helpful to drop this to 16GB as my iMac only has 16GB. Thanks for any comments, I am still looking at Redshift and learning it for the first time.
