Thanks for letting us know.
I checked this over again and the parts bin does appear in the previous videos, but does not affect the results of the tutorial.
As this is the order that the Instructor uploaded the videos, and it does not affect the final result, it will remain in the current order.

I have updated the descriptions of parts 09, and 10, to include a note letting users know that the bin will be covered in part 11.
