Hi,

I’m an MSA customer.  I was wondering…does anyone know if I’m waiting for a boxed version or a download link (or both?)  And how long it usually takes to receive?

The website tells me:

Availability and Upgrade Path
CINEMA 4D Release 14 and BodyPaint 3D Release 14 are available through MAXON and its authorized dealers. Customers with an active MAXON Service Agreement (MSA) valid through September 4, 2012 will automatically receive their upgrade. Current customers who do not have an active MSA can purchase an upgrade through MAXON and its authorized dealers. Pricing and upgrade information is available at http://www.maxon.net.

IF there is any doubt, please contact MAXON, but I guess to day they have quite some phone calls to handle!
