Hi there,

we’re about to swap out my computer at work for a brand new one, and will have to reinstall cinema.  So i want to keep all my preferences - default scene, hotkeys, my pop up (v keys) and palettes.  Do i need to copy my whole preferences folder over or just some of it?

Hey,
Apparently you should just be able to copy everything over.
The only time when I would see any problem arising is if you are copying prefs over between different versions of CINEMA 4D.
If things go screwy just delete the entire user prefs folder and CINEMA will re-create it at next launch. and you can try bringing over portions of the pref folder.
