It has been about a week since my existing membership was up for renewal and even though I have all my information current, my credit card has not been charged. Yet, I see that my membership status is still active and I still have full access.
Not that I mind not being charged for membership, I just don’t want my membership to be killed when I have given you all the information necessary to pay for the membership.
Could you give me an update on why I don’t have the renewal?
