Importing AI file (logo) into Cinema 4D, colors are all black

I am using Cinema 4D R25. I have the latest version of Illustrator from Adobe.

When I import my AI file (logo) to Cinema 4D, my logo comes in all black and loses the colors from Illustrator.

I am sure I am doing something incorrect, but not sure what.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sonia

Hi Sonia,

Can you share the Ai file (just the element that comes in black)? Please zip it and attach it.

I will have a look into it.

Please check if these two arrive nicely in Cinema 4D:

P.S.: If you use it inside Illustrator, in Cineware, I can get only a black rendering in Draft mode. Setting the rendering to Low Quality (or higher) should help. IF–that was the problem at all.
