match texture from other software?

Against my better judgement I used a procedural texture in Lightwave, blurred it in photoshop, and showed it to my client. Now I need to deliver a matching finish in Cinema 4D. I’m at the very beginning of my understanding of Cinema4D textures so my question is:

Should I be trying to find a matching procedural texture in Cinema 4D, or should I just take what I already have and make a UV map for it?

Sent via drop box, although they were just links to images on my website.

Thanks for the extra work, TJPaul.

Here is an example,

I have used Noise>Cranal, baked it, made it tillable, and soften the darks.
The three stages of my exploration are in the file.
Your images are helpful of course, but not knowing anything from the original set up, leaves a little bit of guessing in it (Light, other material channels, etc.) So, it might be only close, not matching.

I hope that the 8K resolution and the image version will allow for a nice balance between speed and quality.

All the best
