Hi,

I’m having this unwanted spaces when I make a curve stroke.

Please see illustration video here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/2ewd5i08fundla3/c4d150_maintain_consistent_spacing_on_brush_turn.mp4?dl=0

The last part is from Zbrush, which is the expected behavior.

Thank you for looking at my problem.

Hi Bentraje,

Z-Brush is a specialized application, and if you need exactly what they offer, please use it. There are certainly many functions in Z-Brush that are different to other applications.

I’m not certain why it is not possible to make comparable examples.
The radius in the Z-Brush is much larger.

Obviously, I can’t really help here, so:
Please create a ticket with the support/suggestions, I have obviously told you everything I can, already in the previous thread.

Hi Dr. Sassi,

I’m using Zbrush, of course. But I was wondering if Cinema4D can supplement on some features.

Anyhow, with the question above, is it possible to achieve the “Consistent Spacing on Curve Stroke” on Mograph and not necessarily on sculpting?
I had a quick go at a rectangle mesh cloned on a curve spline but I still get some evident spaces.

Bentraje,

MoGraph’s Cloner Object is not changing the shape of the clones. You need to create a straight Clone set-up and place it into a Spline Wrap.

All the best
