Hello.
I am trying to pop up Soundwave in R21 but it doesn’t show.
In R20 it is working properly. Any suggestions?

Hello the image I had attached to the original post was exactly what you said.
Basically a Null with a Sound Special Track, unfortunately it doesn’t work on my end.
While exactly the same thing on R20 works.

In F-Curve, I can confirm this. No need to contact the support, this is reported already.

For now, you need to open a second Timeline and have the Dope-sheet open in the second.

Not ideal, but at least you can see it.

I hope the next update will deliver a fix.
