Ponytail Hair Object Rendering with Unintended Symmetry

Hi Doc -

I’m in the process of trying to render a girl with a ponytail, but for some reason the ponytail (which appears as a single ponytail in the C4D workspace window) renders as 2 symmetrical ponytails.  It’s worth noting that this happens only after I brush the hair.  When it’s in its original state of styling, it renders as expected.

I’ve attached a screen capture of the issue and would like to upload my scene file with your permission.

Thank you!

Mark

Doc, I just figured out the problem.  Under Guides in the Hair Object, for some reason the Symmetry option was checked.  Problem solved.  Thanks for your help.  Have a happy 4th!
