Here is a file with a double Back-Up. Just for the peace of mind. I hope you have no trouble of course.
This set up has one Voronoi Fracture to work for the rendering only, in case you need a gap-less starting point.
The second one is with gaps, to be equal at any time with the Polygon object.
To keep things stable, I have made a copy of the Polygon and write this on Frame zero into the Polygon.Main object.
This is all over the top, just to be on the safe side. The main problem that I have encountered was based on the Correction Object. (I guess?) I pressed Freeze or reset at one point, and then the trouble started.

On the other hand, if you have your set up with the Polygon-object, use the Cappucino and record the PLA (You might have to set frame zero manually). This is the safest way, so far I can tell now.
