Hi Arjan GelderBlom,

My suggestion would be to find to smallest “unit” of the tray. i.e., based on the hole pattern, when it starts to repeat. this would be the small model you have to build, then use a Cloner Object and repeat it.

If it needs to have a volume, I would leave the start and end sides open and use a Connection Object. Then use Current State to Object to get a single object and close the front and the end.

If it is just a flat profile, not thickness, then use an Alpha Channel for the holes, and with a spline profile and a Sweep create the object.

Let me know what you need, how it is visible in the final scene (e.g., just a back ground object, or a foreground object, etc.).

Perhaps a scene file. I’m happy to look into it on the weekend (this week I’m most of the time offline)

Cheers
