Hi Imran,

The fastest way would be to apply the Bevels as you like to have them and then use the “Current State To Object” command. I have prepare this for you.

I would blame the N-Gon for the trouble, but I have to do a few test before my “verdict” is final. wink The Support might have an idea about.

Let me know if that workaround is acceptable.

Cheers

Flat, not frontal, Imran. What is your target as material?

Once the polygons are given, any projection mehtod should be fine. Cube seams fine as well, but I’m not certain what material you have in mind.

Have a look at the scene file:
https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/EJ4VvDzDcF3lSbPCcHBykHFdZfY4eAgnUwGGeXuUA61
But, yes, they are now all the same Bevel size.

Please let me know, I will have a look in the morning.

All the best

I mean from PB UV edit frontal projection of top view. Flat…. stretch the texture to cubic.

I need flow of texture from top to sides but in cubic from sides its not joint with top. Bottom is ignored.

Texture… is kind of marble.

Yes… this option is nice also. I will try next time.

Thanks.

Imran,

Since your focus is on UV(W), I assume that you will use a texture based approach, (vs. a 3D shader)

If that assumption is correct, then set the projection of your material to “Spatial”, it will certainly give you a good result.
Scroll down to Spatial.

I have set up some examples
Scene file

The texture for the Marble is in the Content Browser> “Marble 05”.

Here is an example where the Spatial is translated into UV[W], including a screen shot.

My best wishes
