Cineversity

Hi Cineversity. I feel a little uncomfortable about my post but yet i wanted to let you know i’ve made a little c4D file that combines xpresso and metaballs
that helps you to model fancy characters in minutes. Once exported to FBX they respond very well to Adobes Mixamo autorigger so you can have a character up and running in 15 minutes. This appears to be very handy in concepts and discussion about the desired characters with producers and directors.
So i invite you all to visit my website at http://www.henkvisser.nl at have a look. It’s donation ware so you might give it a try. But could also build a file like that yourself of course.

Yes, you are right, this is borderline advertisement, and I have no idea how this works with the rules here. Given that we need to be fair to everyone. My advice would be always, if in doubt, use the “Contact Us” button, in the lower right corner.

I have asked the Admins to decide, perhaps something else can be created, depends on your targets. We will see. Fingers crossed, everyone is happy on the end.

Yes i figured it would come out something like that. But as you already noticed it IS a lot of fun. And it is even getting exciting when you start to add splines and primitives to the main character. Because of the metaballs all is sucked in and instantly integrated !
