I’m not sure I understand what you mean by ‘unpack’ . When I pull it into the XPresso work area and assign its’ Output to a Result node Input or a Text node Input nothing happens.
There are no integers being generated. The Result or Text nodes turn yellow and that’s it.

Those are presets, that means, they are just combinations of nodes packed into a XGroup.

I don’t think it will do what it says.
If you need a random integer, just use a (random node, multiply the outcome) and a Formula Node, create an input and in the formula field type
trunc($1)
That’s all. Any real number will be an integer number after that. Dial in the number in the Add Math and you got what you need. I left the range mapper in, but I think it is not needed at all there.

You’re welcome, michaelsvirsky.

Keep posting your questions if you like. You are motivated to find something you like to have, I certainly support this.
Yes, there is a lot to learn, as this application offers every artist to go in so many different directions. But with each step mastered, it will be easier to move on. Just keep going, learning everything instead of using “short-cuts”: you will fill your very own creative library in this way, and who knows what wonderful things you will build with it later on. :o)

My best wises
