In release 3.00-R1.1; the setting for C4d Render settings size has been moved into a sub-category called ‘Common”.  I have been using Octane for over a year and a half and finally I am getting somewhere intelligently through these tutorials. Thanks you so much. I could never get C4d materials to convert until you showed how.
