How do I get the Introduction spaceship image file so I can follow along with the tutorials?

HI FW,

Typically there is a “FILES” button. Sometimes at part one or two, sometimes along the the series and then specifically for that tutorial.

IF you can’t see it for this series, then there might be a) you are not at part one, or b) you are at part one, but the not “in” the Informations tab.
